Management Training Workshop Held for Administrative Staff
The Directorate of Professional Development of Kabul University successfully conducted a one-day training workshop entitled "Management Training" for the institution's administrative personnel.
Comprehensive and detailed presentations were delivered during the workshop by Assistant Professor Mohammad Rafi Akbari, a professional expert and trainer, covering key management elements, concepts of administration and organization, the significance of administration and management, fundamental components of the administrative structure, the five primary functions of management, administrative principles and documentation, as well as the perspective of management from an Islamic viewpoint.
Designed with the objective of enhancing the professional capacity of the administrative staff, this educational program concluded with an interactive Q&A session among the participants.
