دا برنامه د روان ۱۴۰۰ کال د وري په ۴ نېټه د چهارشنبې په ورځ د کابل پوهنتون ادارو د امرینو او عمومي مدیرانو په ګډون د کابل پوهنتون د ایران پېژندنې اطاق د ناستو په تالار کې جوړه شوې وه او د کابل پوهنتون د بشري سرچینو امر او د لوړو زده کړو وزارت د بشري سرچینو ریاست د ظرفیت لوړونې استادانو له لوري وړاندې شوه.
