 کابل پوهنتون کې د امیرالمؤمنین شیخ الحدیث مولوي هبت الله اخندزاده حفظه‌الله ورعاه له لوري د ناوړه رواجونو د مخنیوي په موخه صادر شوي فرمان د ښه تطبیق او عامه پوهاوي په پار ځانګړې غونډه جوړه شوه.

په یاده غونډه کې د پوهنتون رهبري، د لوړو زده کړو وزارت استازو، د پوهنځیو رئیسانو، استادانو او سلګونو محصلینو ګډون درلود.

ویناوالو دا ډول غونډې د ټولنې اصلاح لپاره مهمې وبللې او زیاته یې کړه چې چې پوهنتونونه یوازې د علم او پوهې ځایونه نه دي؛ بلکې د ټولنیز بدلون محرک مرکزونه هم دي. همدارنګه ټینګار وشو چې د عامه پوهاوي پروګرامونه دې پراخ کړل شي؛ څو د ټولنې د سالم بدلون لپاره فکري بنسټونه پیاوړي شي.
