In the academic year 1405 SH, 2,500 students successfully graduated with bachelor's degrees across 22 faculties of Kabul University.

To mark this milestone, a prestigious graduation ceremony was convened, graced by the presence of Minister of Higher Education, the Minister of Water and Energy, the Minister of Information and Culture, the Deputy Governor of Kabul, the Academic Vice-Chancellor of Kabul University, members of the university leadership, graduates, and their families.

The keynote speakers extended their congratulations to the graduates, urging them to embrace a heightened sense of responsibility. They emphasized the vital importance of pursuing further education, utilizing knowledge effectively, and integrating both religious and modern education as essential pillars for the development and prosperity of Afghanistan. Furthermore, graduates were assured that appropriate employment and service opportunities would be facilitated for them within relevant sectors. The graduates were also reminded that their primary responsibilities have now commenced, encouraging them to reflect on strategies to liberate Afghanistan from dependence on others, set ambitious career goals, and dedicatedly serve their nation, society, and families.

During the ceremony, the message of His Eminence, the Amir al-Mu'minin (May Allah Protect and Preserve Him), addressed to the faculty members and graduating students, was recited to the attendees by the Chancellor of Kabul University.

A segment of the message highlighted the exalted status of instructors in Islam, urging the faculty to remain dedicated to their professional responsibilities. It further called upon them to properly nurture students across ideological, intellectual, moral, scientific, and professional dimensions, foster unity among them, and prioritize their ethical development.

Furthermore, His Eminence's message advised the graduates to honor their parents and instructors, and to prioritize piety, sincerity, honesty, and trustworthiness in their lives. They were exhorted to uphold Islamic values and Sharia principles under all circumstances, and to view education not merely as a means for material gain, but as a spiritual endeavor dedicated to serving religion and the Muslim community.

The ceremony concluded with the distribution of graduation certificates to all graduates, alongside the presentation of awards to distinguish top-performing students.
