Workshop Convened on the Process of Publishing Research Articles in Academic Journals
Vice-Chancery for Scientific Research at Kabul University successfully hosted a one-day professional development workshop titled "The Process of Publishing Research Articles in Academic Journals." The event brought together twenty key personnel, including editors-in-chief, managing editors, and editorial staff members representing the scholarly journals of various faculties.
The workshop was convened with the primary objective of standardizing and documenting the publication infrastructure across the academic journals.
Throughout the sessions, professional facilitators delivered comprehensive, step-by-step orientations on the entire manuscript lifecycle-spanning from initial submission to final publication. Furthermore, practical methods for the registration, archiving, and management of documentation at each stage of the process were presented.
The workshop concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session and an academic exchange of views among the participants.
