د وترنري پوهنځي څلورم ټولګي محصلینو د ښاغلي استاد پوهنیار محمدآصف نوري په لارښوونه او ملتیا د بڼوال ورځې لبنیاتو پروسس فابریکې څخه لیدنه وکړه.

یاده لیدنه د لاندې موخو لپاره ترسره شوه:

۱ــ  د (Milk Analyzer) اتومات دستګاه سره د محصلینو بلدتیا؛  چې ددې ماشین پوسیله په شیدو کې د پروټینو، شحم، جامد موادو، مخصوص وزن او د اوبو اندازه ټاکل کیږي.

۲ــ  د ورسته پروسې استولو لپاره د میکروبي شیدو د کیفیت ټاکلو په موخه د (boiling test) آزموینې تشریح کول.

۳ــ  په غذایي موادو کې د بسته بندۍ تکنالوژۍ اهمیت تشریح کول او د مستو (Packaging) بسته بندۍ اوتومات ماشین سره دمحصلینو بلدیتا.

۴ــ د (Milk Homogenizer machine) هوموجنایزر ماشین سره د محصلینو بلدتیا.

۵ــ د شیدو پاستیورایزیشن پروسې او دهغه اهمیت په اړه وضاحت ورکول.
