په کابل پوهنتون کې د نیالګیو کینولو لړۍ د روان کال کب میاشتې (۲۰)نېټه د پوهنتون مالي او اداري چارو مرستیال ښاغلي حافظ عبیدالله "عبیده" د خدماتو چارو آمریت کارکوونکو په موجودیت کې د دې بنسټ په چاپېر کې د (۵۰۰) څخه زیات شمېر زینتي نیالګیو په کینولو پیل شوه.

د کابل پوهنتون مالي او اداري چارو مرستیال په وینا نوموړې لړۍ نوې پیل شوې، په پام کې لري، چې په راتلونکو ورځو کې به زیات شمېر نیالګي لکه ناجو او نورې زینتي نیالګي د پوهنتون په ځینو برخو کې د پوهنتون د لا ښکلا او د چاپیریال ساتلو په موخه د خدماتو چارو آمریت مسولینو لخوا کینول شي.
