پدغه یو ورځني ښوونیز پروګرام کې د کابل پوهنتون د پوهنځیو تدریسي مدیرانو ته د زده کړیالانو د مدیریتي سیسټم (HEMIS) اهمیت، اغېزمنتیا، دندې د کارولو څرنګوالی او اړونده برخې په تفصیل سره تشریح شوې.

د پوهنتون رئیس دکتور اسامه عزیز پدغه ښوونیز پروګرام کې وویل، وظیفه یو الهي امانت دی او باید په ښه توګه یې تر سره کړو، د ښو کارونو ستاینه باید وشي، د مدیرانو کاري ظرفیت باید لوړ شي، د هغوی ستونزې باید واورېدل شي او د حل لپاره یې باید په وخت اقدام وشي.

دکتور اسامه عزیز دغه راز د تدریسي مدیرانو څخه وغوښتل چې په کارونو کې نوښت ترسره کړي او د زده کړیالانو مدیریتي سیستم (HEMIS) په منظمه توګه پلی کړي تر څو کارونه پخپل وخت ترسره، روڼتیا را منځته، زده کړیالان او استادان راضي شي.

پدغه پروګرام کې د زده کړیالانو چارو سرپرست مرستیال پوهنمل معاذ الله نسیم د تدریسي مدیرانو څخه وغوښتل چې له دغه ښوونیز پروګرام څخه ښه او ګټوره ګټه پورته کړي تر څو په راتلوکي کې د دوی چارې په ښه توګه تر سره شي.

د زده کړیالانو مدیریتي سیستم (HEMIS) په ۱۳۹۷ کال کې را منځته شوی ددې سیستم موخه د زده کړیالانو د معلوماتو په اداره کولو کې د آسانتیا را منځته کول دي.
