د کابل پوهنتون د علمي شورا نوبتي غونډه د روان کال د مرغومي(جدي) پر یوویشتمه د سې شنبې پر ورځ د کابل پوهنتون د علمي شورا په تالار کې وشوه. په نوموړې غونډه کې چې د کابل پوهنتون د رییس ښاغلي ډاکټر اسامه عزیز په مشرۍ جوړه شوې وه د استادانو پر علمي ترفیعاتو، د علمي رتبو پر تثبیت، د یو شمېر استادانو پر تقرر اوانفکاک، د ځینو ډيپارټمنټو د چارو پر انسجام او په اجنډا کې شاملو  نورو بېلابېلو موضوع ګانو باندې بحث او په اړه یې پرېکړې وشوې.

د کابل پوهنتون رییس ښاغلي ډاکټر اسامه عزیز د جلسې د پرانیستنې په وینا کې د استادانو  لخوا د علمي مقالو د او تقریظلیکنې د کاردود(طرزالعمل) پر پامنیوي، د پوهنځيو لخوا د کیفیت  لوړونې پر چارو، پر علمي څېړنو او علمي کانفرنسونو پر کیفیت ټينګار وکړ. نوموړي همدارنګه له هغو استادانو؛ چې د وروستیو بدلونونو له امله له هېواده وتلي دي، په ټینګه وغوښتل چې بې له هر ډول  ډار او ستونزې خپل هېواد ته راستانه او د هېوادوالو په تېره د ځوانانو خدمت ته لاس په کار شي.

د علمي شورا په  دې نوبتي غونډه کې د استادانو د علمي ترفېع  پر دولسو، د علمي رتبې د تثبیت پر دوو او د مقررۍ و انفکاک پر څلورو، څلورو دوسیو بحث وشو او د هرې یوې په  اړه لازمې پرېکړې وشوې.
