د کابل پوهنتون رییس پوهاند دکتور محمد عثمان بابري د افغانستان د پرمختیا لپاره د لوړو زده د پیاوړتیا برنامې (AHEAD) رییس ښاغلي نجیب الله سیاوش سره د پوهنتون ریاست کې وکتل او د دواړو بنسټونو ترمنځ یې په ګډو همکاریو خبرې وکړې.

پدې ناسته کې د کابل پوهنتون سره یې د دې برنامې ګډې همکارۍ موضوعاتو او ساحو، د متشبثینو لپاره د ګډ ظرفیت لوړولو برنامو رامینځته کولو پر څرنګوالي او د دې همکارۍ اړوندو نورو مسلو په هکله خبرې اترې وکړې. د افغانستان د پرمختیا لپاره د لوړو زده کړو د پیاوړتیا برنامې رییس پدې لیدنه کې وویل، چې د AHEAD برنامې مسوولین له کابل پوهنتون سره خپلې همکاري ته متعهد دي او د همکاریو او ګډو برنامو د جوړېډو په برخه کې به هېڅ ډول همکاري ونسپموي. وروسته د کابل پوهنتون رییس، کابل پوهنتون ته د دې برنامې مسوولینو او همکارانو راتګ او له همکاریو څخه مننه وکړه او هیله یې وښوده، چې وکولای شي د یو بل په همکاري د محصلینو د وړتیا لوړولو لپاره زمینه برابره کړي.

په ورته وخت کې د محصلینو او څېړونکو د مطالعې په موخه د کابل پوهنتون کتابتون سره د یوې هېوادوالې اغلې مېرمن ګل غوټۍ خاموش له لوري ۳۲۲ ټوګه کتابونه ډالۍ شول، چې د کابل پوهنتون د مسولینو د پاملرنې وړ وګرځېدل او له هغې څخه یې هم ستاینه وکړه. د کابل پوهنتون رییس د مېرمن خاموش احساسات د قدر وړ وبلل او هغه یې د هیواد د زړه سوانده او روڼ اندو ځوانانو څخه یوه نمونه یاده کړه.
