د هیواد د ولسمشر د لکچرونو په لړ کې نن د روان کال د غبرګولي په ۶ نېټه د پنجشنبې په ورځ «د لوبې بدلون فرصت؛ د ناټو او متحده ایالاتو د ځواکونو وتل» تر عنوان لاندې سمینار د ښاغلي ولسمشر دکتور محمد اشرف غني له لوري د کابل پوهنتون د رییس او مرستیالانو ، د پوهنځیو رییسانو، استادانو او د پوهنتون محصلینو او همدارنګه د هیواد د ۳۸ دولتي پوهنتونو او ۱۱ خصوصي پوهنتونونو په انلاین ګ‌‌‌‌‌‌ډون، په کابل پوهنتون کې وړاندې کړ.

ولسمشر پدې سمینار کې په عمده ‌‌‌‌‌‌ډول له افغانستان څخه د بهرنیو ځواکونو په وتلو پورې اړوندو مسایلو؛ خطرونو، ګواښونو، ګ‌‌‌‌‌‌ډو‌‌‌‌‌‌ډي او فرصت باندې هر اړخیز او ګټور بحث وکړ ، چې مکمل تصویري راپور به یې وروسته له همدې پاڼې او د ملي را‌‌‌‌‌‌ډيو تلویزیون له ټولنیزو پاڼو څخه خپور شي.
