د روان کال د وري په ۱۶ نېټه د دوشنبې په ورځ د اور ضد الې په واسطه د اور وژنې مهارولو څرنګوالي پوهاوي برنامه د کابل پوهنتون د مالي او اداري مرستیال، د دې پوهنتون د ځینو ادارو امرین، خدماتي کارګرانو او محافظینو په ګډون د پوهنتون د غونډو په مرکزي تالار کې جوړه شوه.

دا برنامه، چې د کابل پوهنتون د بشري سرچینو امریت سره په همغږي او د نوبل کیوب کمپینو ګروپ له لوري په ګډه جوړه شوې وه، چې د کابل پوهنتون خدماتي کارګرانو او کاري دفترونو ساتونکو پکې ګډون کړی وو او د اورلګېدنې احتمالي علتونه، د اورلګېدنې ضرر او عواقب، د اور لګېدنې پر مهال د اور ضد الې او موادو کارونې د ګټې اخیستنې څرنګوالی او ... په زده کړه ییزه او عملي ډول زده کړه ورکړه شوه.

د کابل پوهنتون د بشري سرچینو امریت د دې برنامې موخه د خدماتي کارکوونکو او دفترونو ساتونکو د ظرفیت لوړول وبلل او د هغوی د مهارتونو په زیاتې پیاوړتیا یې تاکید وکړ.
