د هیواد د لوړو زده کړو وزیر دکتور عباس بصیر او مل پلاوي په داسې حال کې، چې د کابل پوهنتون رییس پوهاند دکتور محمد عثمان بابري او د علمي او محصلینو چارو مرستیالانو یې ملتیا کوله د کابل پوهنتون د غونډو له نوي تالاره، چې په یو وخت کې د ۱۵۰۰ کسانو د ځايېدو وړتیا لري او د ۴۰ درسي ټولګیو څخه لیدنه وکړه.

د لوړو زده کړو وزیر له دې ودانۍ څخه د لیدنې پر مهال د دې وداني وړتیا، امکانات او تجهیزات و ارزول او هغه یې د امکاناتو، اساسي او مډرن تجهیزاتو او په ورته وخت کې یې د کابل پوهنتون مهمه او لویه ملي پانګه یاده کړه او له هغې څخه یې په څارنه او ساتنه تاکید وکړ.

د کابل پوهنتون رییس پوهاند دکتور محمد عثمان بابري د لوړو زده کړو وزیر ته د ښه راغلاست ترڅنګ یې د دې ودانۍ په هکله اړین معلومات وړاندې کړل او لدې څخه د څارنې او ساتنې د تعهد تر څنګ یې هیله وښوده، چې د یوې منظمې طرحې په جوړېدو سره به له دې ودانۍ څخه زیاته ګټه پوره شي.
