Department of Educational Management

Vision

To transform the Department of Educational Management to the most prestigious scientific, educational and research center at national level in order to create and disseminate science and knowledge, and train leaders, managers and professional education policy-makers, as believing and committed individuals to serve the country.

Mission

The Department of Educational Management, with two levels of education at (Bachelor and Master’s), strives to enhance students’ learning by using the latest scientific findings in the field of educational management and the application of the latest educational technologies, so that professional human resources including leaders, managers and education policy-makers for educational organizations such as schools, higher education institutions, universities, and other centers are presented to the community to fulfill educational activities and further the development of the human resources.

  • 1. Education of entrepreneurial, creative and capable students in accordance with the needs of society through the application of the latest scientific findings in the field of educational management and providing better facilities and educational equipment.
  • 2. Empowering and developing of research and teaching skills of the academic staff in order to increase productivity in line with the global growing trend.
  • 3. Conducting academic Researches in the field of educational management and leadership and its publication through national and international academic journals.
  • 4. Amending and improving the educational curriculum and educational programmers, in line with the ongoing changes and developments, and the needs of the community.
