Clarification
A handful of vicious elements have circulated rumors that some students have been expelled from the Kabul University dormitory on the basis of ethnic discrimination. This is absolutely untrue.
However, the fact is that a number of students who belong to different ethnic groups have been expelled due to disobeying the prevalent laws and regulations of the university.
The decision of their expulsion was made by a special committee, who impartially applies and implements such principles on all the students regardless of any discrimination or prejudice.
Kabul University is a large academic institution at the regional level, which has about 24000 students, out of which 3000 live in the dormitory.
This university is the common home of all ethnic groups. Every faculty, every class and every dormitory room is a living example of national unity that no one can deny.
