د کابل پوهنتون رییس پوهاند دکتور محمد عثمان بابري د روان کال د سرطان په ۲ نېټه د چهارشنبې په ورځ په داسې حال کې، چې د پوهنتون د علمي چارو مرستیال، د مالي او اداري چارو سرپرست مرستیال او یو شمېر اداري کارکوونکو یې ملتیا کوله د چین هیواد له لوري د کابل پوهنتون لپاره د جوړې شوې ودانۍ د تر سره شوي کار له څرنګوالي څخه د څارنې په موخه لیدنه وکړه او د دې پروژې د کار ارزونه یې وکړه.

دا ودانۍ د ۴۰ تدریسي خونو او ۱۵۰۰ کسانو د ظرفیت تالار لري، چې د یو چینايي شرکت له لوري جوړه شوې ده او په پام کې ده په نژدې راتلونکې کې د افغانستان دولت ته په واک کې ورکړل شي. دا ودانۍ د کابل پوهنتون په لویديځه برخه کې په ۱۸۹۰۰ متره مربع مساحت  سره په څلورو پوړونو کې د لوړو معیارونو په پام کې نیولو سره جوړه شوې او د غونډو تالار د ګرمېدو، روغتیا او تخنیکي سیسټمونو درلودونکی دی.  د دې پروژې کار په ۱۳۹۶ د تلې په ۱۸ نېټه د چین خلق جمهوریت په مالي مرسته په اته دېرش میلیونه او څلور سوه او شپېته زره امریکايي ډالرو په لګښت د چینايي شرکت MCC19 له لوري پیل شوی وو، چې په نژدې راتلونکې کې به ګټې اخیستنې ته وسپارل شي.
