د روان کال د کب په ۲۶ نېټه دولتي لوړو زده کړو موسسو ته د لوړو زده کړو وزارت د وړاندیز پربنسټ د افغانستان سولې لپاره د امریکا متحده ایالاتو پشنهادي طرحې هوکړې باندې د بحث په موخه د کابل پوهنتون د رهبري، د ځینو پوهنځیو رییسانو، وړ استادانو او مختلفو پوهنځیو محصلینو په ګډون ناسته وکړه او د یادې طرحې په هکله یې خپل نظرونه شریک کړل.

د کابل پوهنتون رییس پوهاند دکتور محمد عثمان بابري پدې ناسته کې وویل، چې سوله د افغانستان د خلکو بنسټیزه اړتیا ده او د تېرو شلو کلونو لاسته راوړنو او ارزښتونو په پام کې نیولو سره دې له طالبانو سره باید سوله وشي. د ناستې نورو ګډون کوونکو هم د سولې د طرحې په هکله خپل نظریات او وړاندیزونه بیان او په هغې کې د ځینو بدلونونو او تعدیلاتو غوښتونکي شول.
