د کابل پوهنتون د بېلابېلو پوهنځیو څه باندې ۹۰ تنه محصلین د فن بیان، د دندې پیداکولو مهارتونو او د کمپیوټر زده کړې له روزنیزو پروګرامونو څخه چې د محصلانو د خدماتو د انسجام آمریت لخواء څخه دائر شوي وو فارغ شول، ذکر شوو محصلینو ته د فراغت سندونه د محصلانو د خدماتو د انسجام آمریت د آمر ښاغلي نواب ګل اتلزي په حضور کې وویشل شول.

پدغه غونډه کې د محصلانو د خدماتو د انسجام آمر په ذکر شوو برنامو کې د محصلینو د پر رنګه ګډون ستاینه وکړه او زیاته یې کړه چې د غه برنامې د محصلینو د عملي مهارتونو په لوړولو کې ډېرې ګټورې دي. ښاغلي اتلزي له محصلینو څخه وغوښتل چې د خپلو تحصیلي درجو د لا لوړولو لپاره لا زیاته هڅه وکړي.
