دې غونډه کې د اوو (٧) ماسترۍ او دوو (٢) دکتورا برنامو د ايجاد پر پلان، د کابل پوهنتون او اړوند ولاياتو د پوهنتونونو د استادانو پر تقرر او علمي ترفيعاتو، د نړیوال علمي ژورنال اړوند مسائلو، د لابراتوارونو پر تجهيزاتو، د ځينو پوهنځيو او ډيپارټمنټونو د نومونو پر تعدیل، د شبانه برنامو پر لا ښه تنظیم او نظارت او نورو مهمو مسائلو بحث وشو او له اړوندو اصولو سره سم لازمې پريکړې وشوې.
