د روان کال وږي میاشتې په ۱۳نېټه د کابل پوهنتون ګڼو پوهنځيو نویو ګمارل شویو استادانو لپاره د څیړنیز پروپوزل لیکلو سمینار د امام قتیبه (رح) په تالار کې د استادانو مسلکي پراختیا آمریت لخوا ترسره شو.

د وترنري علومو پوهنځي استاد ښاغلي پوهنوال دکتور اسدالله حامد نوموړی سمینار وړاندې کړ؛ په دې سمینار کې له هر پوهنځي څخه د ګډون په موخه ۵تنه بلل شوي وو.

د یادونې وړ ده؛ چې له دې سمینار څخه وړاندې له ۶۰ څخه زیاتو ځوانو استادانو لپاره د اغېزمنې زده کړې او تدریس په برخه کې هم سمینار هم ترسره شوی وو.
