د یاد ملي کنفرانس په دوهمه ورځ د استادانو  له مقالو وړاندې کیدو وروسته ګډونوالو د مقالو په اړه دپوښتنو په ځیر بحثونه  وکړل.

هغه علمي او څړنیزې مقالې چې دویمې ورځ په لومړۍ برخه کې وړاندې شوې په لاندې ډول دي:

۱ــ د ننګرهار پوهنتون استاد ښاغلی پوهنمل حکیم خان حقیار

دعلمي مقالې سرلیک: (د افغانستان په لوړو زده کړو کې د څېړنې اهمیت او تقویت لارې چارې )

۲ــ دکابل پوهنتون استاد ښاغلی دکتور سید حسن عدلیار

دعلمي مقالې سرلیک: (په لوړو زده کړو کې د الکترونیکي زده کړو ستراتیژیک پلان پراختیا چوکاټ )

۳ــ دکابل پوهنتون استاد ښاغلی دکتور اسدالله صمدی

دعلمي مقالې سرلیک: (د لوړو زده کړو بنسټونو په پرمځتګ کې د سازمان رول او څیړنه)

۴ــ دکابل پوهنتون فارمسي پوهنځي رئیس ښاغلی پوهنوال محمدآقا ژکفر

دعلمي مقالې سرلیک: ( دفارمسي پوهنځي څانګو تحصیلي نصاب پراختیا کې د فارم دی رول ته کتنه )

۵ــ دکنړ سیدجمال الدین افغان پوهنتون استاد ښاغلی خان محمد خدرخیل
