مولوی محمدعلم حقانی به روز چهارشنبه مؤرخ 6 دلو سال جاری بر اساس حکم شماره 906 رییس‌الوزراء، از سوی دکتور اسامه عزیز رییس پوهنتون و طی یک محفل بعنوان معاون امور مالی و اداری پوهنتون کابل به استادان و کارمندان این نهاد معرفی گردید.

دکتور اسامه عزیز رییس پوهنتون کابل با صحبت در این محفل برای معاون جدید امور مالی و اداری پوهنتون موفقیت آرزو نموده، همچنان در روشنایی شریعت اسلامی روی خصایص وظیفه صحبت نموده آنرا یک امانت، مسئولیت و یک وسیله‌ای برای عبادت خداوند عنوان نمود.

مولوی محمدعلم حقانی نیز با صحبت در این محفل ضمن تشکر از اعتماد ریاست‌الوزراء، از استادان و کارمندان پوهنتون کابل تقاضا نمود تا وی را در عرصه‌های مختلف و امور اداری این نهاد علمی همکاری نموده و مشورت‌های شان را دریغ ننمایند.

مولوی محمدعلم حقانی در دوره‌ی قبلی حکومت امارت اسلامی بعنوان معاون والی کابل کار نموده است.
