د څښاک د اوبو دغه څاه د ډاکار موسسې (DACAAR) لخوا څخه د څه باندې سل زره امریکایي ډالرو په لګښت د یو کال په موده کې جوړه شوې ده. د یادې څاه د پرانیستې په مراسمو کې د کابل پوهنتون د مالي او اداري چارو مرستیال حافظ عبیدالله عبیده، د علي آباد تدریسي روغتون رئیس او مسوولینو، د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا وزارت او ډاکار موسسې (DACAAR) استازو حضور درلود.

کابل پوهنتون په پام کې لري چې د یادې څاه له اوبو څخه به د شنو ساحو په خړوبولو او نورو اړینو برخو کې کار واخلي. د علي آباد روغتون مسوولین وايي، چې د دې څاه په پرانیستلو سره به د څښاک د پاکو اوبو په برخه کې د دوی ډېرې ستونزې هوارې شي.

د یادونې وړ ده چې ذکر شوې څاه په عصري وسایلو د سمبال سولري برېښنایي سیستم درلودونکې ده.
