دغه ښوونیز ورکشاپ د مسلکي پراختیا آمریت  (PDC) او د ارواپوهنې پوهنځي د پیداګوژي څانګې په همکارۍ د ځوانو او نویو مقرر شوو استادانو لپاره دائر شو.

ددغه برنامې موخه د نویو مقرر شوو علمي کادر غړو د مهارتونو د ودې، ارتقاء، په لوړو زده کړو کې د کیفیت مفهوم، په پوهنتونونو کې تدریس، زده کړه، ادراکي، احساساتي او رواني برخو زده کول / پوهېدل وو.

پدې ښوونیز ورکشاپ کې له هرې پوهنځۍ څخه یو تن نوي مقرر شوي ځوان علمي کدر ګډون کړی وو.

د ارواپوهنې پوهنځۍ د پیداګوژي څانګې استاد پوهنمل مصطفی رضایي دغه ورکشاپ د استادانو د علمي او مسلکي پوهنې د لوړولو پخاطر تهیه کړی وو چې یوازې یوه ورځ دوام لري.
