بر اساس حکم مقام ریاست‌الوزراء امارت اسلامی افغانستان، محترم مولوی معلم احمد حقانی به حیث معاون امور مالی و اداری پوهنتون کابل تقرر حاصل نموده و به همین مناسبت روز چهارشنبه مورخ 21 ثور سال جاری طی محفل ازسوی محترم دکتور اسامه عزیز رییس پوهنتون کابل به استادان و کارمندان این پوهنتون معرفی گردید.

رییس پوهنتون کابل با صحبت در این محفل برای معاون جدید امور مالی و اداری پوهنتون موفقیت آرزو نموده و هم‌چنان گفت که در شریعت اسلامی وظیفه یک امانت الهی است و ما امیدواریم که مولوی صاحب حقانی این امانت و مسوولیت را در همکاری با دیگر مسوولین پوهنتون و توفیق خداوند بگونه احسن انجام دهد.

محترم مولوی معلم احمد حقانی نیز با صحبت در این محفل ضمن تشکری از اعتماد مقام ریاست‌الوزراء، از استادان و کارمندان پوهنتون کابل تقاضا نمود تا وی را در عرصه‌های مختلف کاری این نهاد علمی و اکادمیک همکاری نموده و از مشورت‌های شان را دریغ ننمایند.
