Announcement of the Ministry of Higher Education of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan

_{As you are aware, due to the outbreak of coronavirus (Covid-19), the normal course of life, affairs and administrative services in the world and our country Afghanistan has faced many problems, one of which is the closure of educational services in public and private higher education institutions all over the country.}

_{Previously, due to the decree No. 80 dated 18 March 2019 of the Ministry of Public Health, which was issued in the proposal of the Ministry of Public Health, higher education and public institutions, both public and private institutions, were closed until the end Hamal 1399. The Cabinet of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, in its decision No. 4 dated 16 April 2020, due to the increasing spread of the Covid-19 virus, according to the amendment of Annex 1 of the procedure for setting the work regime in order to prevent the spread of the virus was extended the leave of educational institutions until 9th May 2020.}
